Every morning let yourself be tempted by our mouthwatering homemade cakes,warm croissants or by a traditional breakfast of cereal, butter and jam, fruit juices,hot drinks or cured meals and cheeses for our savoury lovers.

At lunch and dinner we begin with La Festa del Gusto, or our Tasting Feast with fresh homemade pasta, like tagliatelle, Romagnolo lasagne,passatelli in broth, tagliolini, all topped with typical meat and fish sauces of the Romagnolo tradition.
And the tempting main dishes, such as mixed fried fish and roast leg of pork, filled Romagnolo piadina and stewed mussels in a Marinara sauce…

Savour the freshest vegetables, imaginatively prepared in many different variations and on a daily basis. Let a little place to round off with a savory cake or fresh fruit of the season.

 

We can assure you that no longer will you have to wait around at the table, having had to choose the menu the day before, restricted by rigid mealtimes.

The hotel can provide special menus for food intolerances and allergies only if reported at the time of the request for proposal.
